These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website 1pricemart.com ("Website") operated by 1PriceMart Retail, a trading unit registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("1PriceMart", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Website you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images are indicative; slight variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Stock shown on product pages is indicative and may change without notice.

3. Orders & payment

  • An order is confirmed only after we accept it and dispatch a confirmation email / SMS.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets via our payment partner (Razorpay).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pincodes for orders up to ₹3,000.

5. Returns & refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including logos, text, graphics, product photographs, and layout — is the property of 1PriceMart Retail or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@1pricemart.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to harass, defraud, or impersonate others, to circumvent security, or to engage in automated scraping or data mining without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1PriceMart Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or products purchased. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1PriceMart Retail, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
