Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every product you buy from 1PriceMart. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — fast, without fuss.
1. Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for most products. The clock starts from the date of delivery shown on your order tracking.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and complimentary items.
- Accompanied by a valid order ID and proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
3. Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons:
- Personal care and toiletry items once opened or unsealed.
- Innerwear, undergarments and swimwear.
- Food items, snacks, and perishables.
- Customised or personalised items made to order.
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
4. How to initiate a return
- Email returns@1pricemart.com or WhatsApp us at +91 82646 25523 with your order ID and the reason for return.
- Our team confirms eligibility within 24 business hours and arranges a reverse pickup (on serviceable pincodes) or shares a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to our courier partner.
- Once we receive and inspect the product at our Ahmedabad warehouse, we initiate your refund.
5. Refund timelines

6. Exchanges
For size or colour exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item free of cost on the same reverse pickup visit (subject to stock). If the replacement is not in stock, we will process a full refund instead.
7. Damaged, defective or wrong item received
If your package arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or refund immediately.
8. Shipping charges on returns
- Free reverse pickup for defective / wrong / damaged items.
- For change-of-mind returns on serviceable pincodes, a flat return shipping fee of ₹79 is deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
