Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship from our two fulfilment warehouses in Ahmedabad across 24,000+ pincodes in India. Here's everything you need to know.

1. Dispatch timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Bulk and wholesale orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days depending on volume.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics events.

3. Shipping charges

FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹499.
COD handling fee of ₹40 applies on Cash-on-Delivery orders.
Remote/hilly pincodes may attract an additional ₹40 surcharge displayed at checkout.

4. Our courier partners

We ship through India's most reliable courier networks:

Delhivery — primary partner for Tier-1 and metro cities.
Ecom Express — fast-lane network for high-volume routes.
Shiprocket — multi-courier aggregation for optimal routing.
India Post (Speed Post) — reach for the most remote pincodes.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email and SMS a tracking number and a live-tracking link. You can also track from the Track Order page.

6. Undelivered / RTO orders

If a package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts (wrong address, consignee unavailable, COD refusal), the courier returns it to our warehouse. We'll contact you to arrange a reattempt or issue a refund. For RTO'd prepaid orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Warehouses

Warehouse 1 — Kallupur, Ahmedabad: handles kitchen, stainless steel and plasticware categories.
Warehouse 2 — Naroda, Ahmedabad: handles cleaning, bags, decor and electronics categories.

Your order may be split into two shipments if items are stocked at different warehouses — both will reach you with tracking links.
