We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking from 50+ Indian banks, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pincodes for orders up to ₹3,000.
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We never store your card number or CVV on our servers.
Orders can be modified or cancelled until they are packed for dispatch. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 82646 25523 with your order ID as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Within Gujarat: 1–2 business days. Metros & Tier-1: 2–4 business days. Tier-2/3: 3–5 days. Remote/North-East: 5–8 days. See the full Shipping Policy.
Not at the moment. We ship within India only. International shipping is planned for late 2026.
You'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also visit Track Order and enter your order ID.
Please email returns@1pricemart.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or refund.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed in 2–7 business days depending on your payment method.

Yes, 100%. Every product is sourced directly from verified manufacturers and Indian brands. We do not stock counterfeit or seconds.
